Eyewitness Travel GuideFounded in 1974 as Dorling Kindersley, the company started in the UK as a book packaging company and moved into publishing in 1982. Since then DK has been a worldwide market leader, with books published in 60 countries around the globe.  

Amongst DK’s many publications are the 150+ titles that comprise the Eyewitness Travel Guide series. Launched in 1993, Eyewitness Travel Guide continue to be a mainstay of the DK Publishing list with over 15 million copies sold worldwide.

Eyewitness WeatherDK is also renowned for its line of acclaimed children’s reference books – which include the popular Eyewitness and Eyewonder series, the “Made Easy” home study series, the preschool “My First” series as well as international bestsellers such as the New York Times bestseller Pick Me Up.
