About Shopping at DK Canada Online

1. You must have cookies enabled within your web browser for the DK shopping cart to work properly. Please refer to the Shopping FAQ page for more information about how we employ cookies.
2. Your shopping cart shows the final price of each item as well as a subtotal. Applicable taxes and shipping and handling charges will be calculated later in the checkout process.
3. Items you place in your shopping cart will remain in your cart for 90 days or until you empty your cart or check out.
4. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
5. Your order will be filled by Penguin Group (Canada) and your credit card statement will show billing from Penguin Group Canada for all purchases made from DK Canada Online.
6. Please note that DK Canada can only ship books to customers residing in Canada. Customers in other countries should refer to our Shopping FAQ page, which contains a list of DK websites around the world.
7. For items that are in stock: If your order was placed and your credit card authorized before noon EST Monday through Friday, it will generally ship from our warehouse on the same day. Orders placed after noon on Friday generally ship on Monday. No orders are shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
8. We can only guarantee Express Delivery for orders placed between midnight and noon EST.
9. We will not ship on New Year's Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day.
10. Orders received after noon EST on the last regular business day prior to a holiday will ship on the first regular business day following the holiday (subject to availability).
