Rosamund Richardson has run her home, a seventeenth-century thatched cottage in the English countryside, along environmentally sensitive lines since she moved there from London in 1984. The electricity consumed is generated from renewable sources, she recycles as much waste as possible, and she uses organic products.
Rosamund has written over 20 books on vegetarian cooking, food from the wild, country life, and natural health and wellbeing. In 1994 she joined forces with Linda McCartney, becoming her food consultant, and collaborating on Linda’s Kitchen and Linda McCartney on tour.
